Dear Selize,
At the Monkey now, on the far east part of the district. If you haven't been before: the beer sucks but it's cheap, and that's the rundown of it. Drank a lot again and came across my notebook in my bag. Might as well do this again. How many times do you have to do something before it becomes tradition? More times than this, probably.
I haven't heard back from you since last time actually. I'm sure you're just keeping busy.
Dear god, I hope I wasn't drunk enough to drop it in a stranger's mailbox. That would be embarrassing.
Can't say a lot happened for me in the meantime. Well, I graduated. It feels like everything is both speeding up and coming to a standstill now. I'm not yet sure what to do. I've been applying for jobs but journalism is a competitive field, as I assume you well know and must also deal with in some way. I'm not really made for that (as you also well know). I'll have to move sometime, but not yet. Speaking of which, Arthur is moving back to France soon, did he tell you?
I wish we'd talked more since uni.
If you're invited to Arthur's farewell party you should come. We could talk again. If you want that, that is.
Got to go,
Marco
